QOD CRM
A sales CRM built on the native Odoo crm.lead: one digital identity per person, an attraction funnel and a deal pipeline kept in sync, stage gates and working-time escalation, plus a seven-level sales role model.
Built on crm.lead, not bolted onto contacts
res.partner answers WHO a person is; crm.lead answers WHAT case is open, with a start and an end. One person can run several deals at once, cold imported rows stay out of the contacts dropdowns, and the native pipeline, duplicate check and escalation engine are reused instead of re-invented.
Core capabilities
- Digital identity as the anti-duplicate key: phone, email and telegram are normalised to one key, so the same person is matched across channels instead of duplicated.
- Stop factors on the person: a blocking reason follows the human through a merge and vetoes moving the deal forward, while a watch-list reason only warns.
- Attraction funnel and deal pipeline kept in sync: the contact board (reached the person) and the deal board (gates, next action, quotation) mirror each other over the linked lead.
- Stage gates and working-time escalation: a stage can require fields before a card enters it, and a three-level ladder (owner, team leader, CRM manager) escalates in working minutes, skipping weekends and holidays.
- Extended lead card: social profiles, email verification status, seniority and company analytics, with import from Airtable CSV exports.
- Seven-level sales role model: analyst, operator, representative, account manager, team leader, manager and director, with per-role discount limits and an account-transfer wizard.
Industry configuration: Talent Visa CRM
The same crm.lead core is configured for the US Talent Visa practice (O-1 / EB-1 / EB-2): qualification, contracting, production and decision pipelines with USCIS-criteria fields, isolated primary forms and role-based visibility. It is a worked example of how the CRM is shaped to a vertical and is deployed per project.
