Escalation that runs by the clock

The next-action ladder measures its X/Y/Z windows in working minutes via the resource calendar, so weekends and holidays are skipped. An hourly cron compares raw datetimes rather than trusting a date-relative stored field, and schedules an activity for level 1 (lead owner), level 2 (team leader) and level 3 (CRM manager) in turn, falling back up the chain when a level has no owner.

Honest roadmap

Escalation windows and discount limits are configurable per lead and system-wide. Where a capability is still being finalised it is marked as in progress rather than advertised as done, and metrics quoted elsewhere on the site are targets, not guarantees.
