Startup Studio Management
Run a student / corporate startup studio end-to-end in Odoo: accredit teams, staff positions, set OKRs, mentor founders and track finance — on one data model.
What it is
A vertical for managing a startup studio: a portfolio of teams that pass a formal accreditation, get staffed by role, run on objectives and are supported by mentors and a budget.
How teams get in — accreditation
Candidates apply through a public form on the studio / team page, verify by Telegram, and each request is scored and approved by BOTH the studio and the team lead. Every action is written to an audit log; per-studio SLA timers flag slow reviews.
- Request states: draft → submitted → conflict / revision → approved / rejected
- Team states: forming → active → paused → closed
- Positions: open → filled → closed, published on a public vacancies page
Running the studio
Once accredited, teams are managed on objectives (OKR with quarterly periods, check-ins and RAG health), staffed against a role catalog and a skill-match score, supported by a mentor catalog with sessions, and tracked financially with budgets, expenses, equity and grants — all summarised on an OWL 2 dashboard with drill-down.
