Your business on Odoo 18 — assembled, not invented

15 ready solution packages built from 329 working modules. Look inside every one of them before you decide.

2 days — live. 14 days — adopted. 100 days — paid back.

Sound familiar?

Processes live in spreadsheets and chats

Data drifts apart, a report takes three days of manual work.

One database: projects, people, stock and sales in a single loop.

Every department has its own software

Five systems, zero integrations, everything typed in twice.

One Odoo, a module per department, data flowing end to end.

Licences grow with every hire

Paying per seat puts a ceiling on your headcount.

Odoo 18 Community: no per-user fee, the code and the data are yours.

Dirty data is the number one reason ERP projects fail

We build the test database from your real exports, not from demo records. Otherwise a pilot shows a beautiful system that falls apart on the first working day.

How it usually goes

  • The pilot runs on demo data — pretty and useless.
  • Real tables only open up at go-live: duplicate partners, one product spelled three ways, missing tax IDs, stock figures without units of measure.
  • Cleaning is dumped on your staff on top of their day job. The project stalls for months.

How we do it

  • We take your real exports from day one — the test database is built on them.
  • We profile the data and hand you a report: where the duplicates are, where the gaps are, where the contradictions are — in numbers, before implementation starts.
  • We clean it together: normalisation rules, automatic merging of duplicates, mandatory fields at the point of entry — so the mess does not grow back.

And that is the moment the dashboards come alive: the numbers reconcile, the reports build themselves, and management finally looks at the system instead of a spreadsheet.

Data cleaning is not a side service, it is part of the project. More often than not it is the thing that decides whether you make the 14 days.

Solution packages

Each package is a set of real modules. Open any of them and see what is inside.

Project management

Portfolio, programmes, projects, tasks, status reports.

People management

Structure, headcount plan, roles, onboarding, payroll planning.

Manufacturing

Orders, routings, tooling, shop-floor control, cost per unit.

Maintenance

Assets, planned and emergency works, spare parts, downtime.

Tender platform

Lot lifecycle, supplier accreditation, weighted scoring, ranking.

B2B portal

Customer cabinet, price lists per contract, orders and documents.

The catalogue is open

A package is simply a set of modules. We do not hide the list — every module has its own page: what it does, what it depends on, which version.

Our benchmark, measured in days. Not a slogan — the way we plan a project.

2 days

Live

The system runs on your server, the package is deployed, and you log in under your own account to see your own processes — on your own data, loaded from your real exports. Not a demo, not a slide deck: a working loop.

14 days

Adopted

Data migrated, roles assigned, training done. Everyone who should be in the system is in the system — not "rolled out and forgotten", but actually used every day.

100 days

Paid back

A little over three months is the benchmark we plan against: less manual work, less double entry, fewer losses between departments. We size the effect together up front and check it against reality at the end.

100 days is our benchmark, not a contractual guarantee. If the numbers do not add up for your case, we say so before the contract, not after.

Why Odoo 18 Community

No per-user fee

Add people without adding to the bill. The seat-based pricing ceiling does not exist here.

Open source

The code can be changed. If a module does not exist, we write it.

Your server, your data

No vendor lock-in. Decide to leave — you take the dump and carry on.

Built by us

All 329 modules in the catalogue were written or adapted by our team. It is not a resale of somebody else's add-ons.

Questions we get asked

How long does it take?

2 / 14 / 100 days: live, adopted, paid back. The first two are commitments we plan against, the third is the benchmark we size the project by. Exact dates come out of the diagnostic session.

Will you migrate our data?

Yes — and cleaning them is part of the job. Dirty tables are the single biggest reason ERP projects overrun: duplicate partners, one product spelled three ways, missing tax IDs, stock without units. We take your real exports, profile them and hand you a report on duplicates, gaps and contradictions before implementation starts; then we clean them together with normalisation rules and automatic de-duplication. The test database is built on your real data, never on demo records.

What if the module we need does not exist?

We write it. Every one of the 329 modules in the catalogue was written or adapted by us. Your customisation goes into a separate prefixed module, so core Odoo upgrades keep working.

Where is the system hosted?

On your server. Odoo 18 Community is open source — the code and the database stay yours, there is no vendor lock-in. If you decide to move on, you take the dump and keep working.

Is Community a cut-down version?

Community is the full Odoo core without a per-user fee. What it does not ship with, we cover with our own modules — portfolio management, statuses, roles, the tender platform and the rest of the catalogue. That is exactly why we do not charge you a licence per seat.

Does it work in Russian, English and Spanish?

Yes. The interface and our modules are translated into three languages, each user picks their own. The site you are reading right now runs on the same platform.

What does it cost?

Licences: zero — Odoo 18 Community charges nothing per user, so hiring does not raise the bill. The rest is implementation, customisation where needed, and optional support. But the real question is not "how much" — it is "when does it come back". Our benchmark is 100 days, and we do the arithmetic with you before the contract.
