OKR mechanics

Objectives live in periods (quarters) and carry measurable key results (numeric, percentage or binary). Owners log regular check-ins that update the current value; progress rolls up automatically and a studio objective cascades down to its team objectives.

Studio dashboard

An OWL 2 dashboard aggregates KPI tiles across all studios — active teams, open positions, pending requests, SLA breaches, average approval time and conversion — with period filters, quick-create buttons and one-click drill-down into the underlying lists, pivots and graphs.
