A role catalog and an access hierarchy that model who is who inside a studio — from applicant to studio lead.
Role catalog
Eighteen positions cover the whole team: intern, frontend / backend / full-stack developer, designer, analyst, marketer, tech lead, product manager, CTO, CEO, co-founder, founder, studio lead, plus mentor, observer and applicant. Each role has a code and a per-team capacity that positions and requests build on.
Access hierarchy
Odoo access groups implement two chains — a business chain (studio lead → founder → co-founder → CEO / CTO → product manager) and a technical chain (CTO → tech lead → full-stack → frontend / backend → intern) — so higher roles inherit the rights of the ones below.
