Accreditation Workflow

A public-to-approved pipeline that lets anyone apply to a team and gets every request through a controlled, audited review.

Public application

Studios and teams have public pages (/studio/, /team/) and a shared vacancies page (/startup/positions). A candidate submits name, contacts, requested role, experience, portfolio and motivation through the apply form.

Telegram verification

Before a request is accepted the candidate confirms a one-time code delivered to Telegram, cutting spam and tying the applicant to a reachable channel.

Dual approval and audit

A request is approved only when BOTH the studio and the team lead approve it. Disagreement moves it to a conflict state; reviewers can send it back for revision. Scores (experience / portfolio / motivation) and every transition are recorded in an append-only audit log, and SLA timers surface overdue reviews.
