Tender platform

A procurement electronic trading platform (the buyer purchases, suppliers submit bids). B2B segment and a public-procurement track mindful of Russian 44-FZ. Supplier accreditation, weighted bid evaluation and rebidding.

Tender life cycle

Seven states with strictly limited transitions: draft → published → Q&A → bidding → rebidding → evaluation → done (or cancelled). Rebidding returns the process to bidding so suppliers can improve their offers.

Accreditation as a quality filter

Only vetted suppliers are on the platform: mandatory accreditation (draft → under review → approved, with a validity period and an expiry warning). Without accreditation a bid cannot be submitted.

Evaluation and roles

  • Weighted criteria (price, deadlines, extra parameters) and automatic ranking by score.
  • Bid comparison in the supplier cabinet, supplier history and rating.
  • Roles: Observer → Initiator → Committee member → Manager → Administrator.
  • Open tenders (in the public catalog) and closed tenders (invited only).

44-FZ and transparency

Transparent Q&A (an answer is visible to all participants), answer-deadline control, a full change log (tracking and chatter), deadline extensions. 44-FZ compatibility removes the main objection of a public buyer.

Example lot

A4 office paper, 80 g/m², whiteness ≥146% CIE — 500 reams, estimated value 320,000 ₽, delivered in batches to the buyer's warehouse.
