HRM Org Plan

Purpose

QOD HRM Org Plan Purpose: model the production organizational structure (blocks and sections) and the staffing plan (positions with headcount plan, substitutes, filled and vacancy counts) for the the plant. Provides two models: qod.hrm.org.unit (hierarchical: block contains sections, optional link to hr.department) and qod.hrm.position (staffing unit with plan, substitute, filled and computed vacancy, optional link to hr.job).
