Purpose
Module qod_business_unit — Business Unit registry as the top level of the product hierarchy. Defines the qod.business.unit model with role typing (main/service/new business), unique code, display order, active flag and description. Extends product.template with the bu_id field (Business Unit) with ondelete restrict — a unit cannot be deleted while products reference it; adds the field to form/list/search views with a filter and group-by.
