Why External contractors / partners / integrators with an internal account but no ``hr.employee`` record sometimes need to manage exactly one project. Doing this by hand (ticking ``project.group_project_manager`` and adding the project's company to ``company_ids``) over-grants massively: see-all-tasks + full company data. This role makes the *correct* setup a one-click, role-system grant that cannot drift
